U.K. PATENT NO. 2,390,941
‘ELECTRICITY GENERATING APPARATUS’
Abstract: The apparatus comprises two capacitors having concentric cylindrical electrodes with their central axes aligned mutually parallel. They are connected so that charge can oscillate between them and through an inductor circuit but two electrodes, corresponding electrodes of each capacitor, are connected to a high voltage d.c. source. This delivers no input energy except for the initial priming of the capacitors. By inducing an onset of an oscillation of charge as between the two capacitors such oscillations build up owing to aether spin set up between the capacitor electrodes which imports energy. Power can be drawn from the circuit by a secondary winding that is part of the inductor circuit.
